Looking for a black waterproof paint for a fountain.?

Contractor recommended Thoroseal, which he will do for $300, but I can only find white and want it to be black. Home Depot recommended Henry’s 107 (roofing sealant).

The fountain is about 10 years old and was originally black on the inside walls of the “well”. The black faded to gray over time, and my guess is the waterproofness is not as good as before. We are finally fixing the pump and want to fill it, but I think I should re-seal the inside.
I’ve seen at least one internet report that Henry 107 (the black stuff used on roofs or on the outside of foundations turned pond water a color, and since our fountain does not filter this is a concern. I’d like to buy the already mixed Thoroseal and tint it black, but HD and Lowes doesn’t seem to sell it. A stone place sold it in the 50lb bags only. Any ideas?

I used the black waterproofing that is used on the outside of basement walls before backfilling; it has stood up for 3 years now and still appears in ok condition. It is in a large fish pond with water flowing constantly. The stuff is thicker than paint but still runny enough that its easy to apply with a brush. I don’t remember what it cost so I guess it wasn’t expensive enough to stick in my memory. It’s available at Lowes for sure but I expect any builder supply to carry it.
